AUTHORIZED DEALER PROGRAM

Becoming and authorized dealer gives you and your organization many benefits, including free extended warranty programs, free company listings and referrals received by telephone, mail, and several websites, and various promotional tools such as posters, stands, brochures, show systems, pens, shirts and much more.

To become an authorized dealer, please read through and follow the guidelines enumerated below, then register by scrolling to the bottom of this page and filling out the form or call us at 1.866.322.POOL (7665) so we may fill the form out on your behalf.

Policy Guidelines:

  1. Educate yourself and your team on the systems, their operation, and their manuals.
  2. Provide only top-quality service to customers and educate them on the proper operation of the system. Refrain from overselling the system by setting proper expectations. The systems are easily sold based on their true merit, so there is no need to exaggerate their abilities.
  3. Work only with qualified professionals for system installations and repairs.
  4. In the unlikely event of a service call, allow our trained customer service technicians to perform a proper checklist with the homeowner to determine the actual cause of the problem. Most service calls can be quickly resolved via the phone without having to send a service technician to the site.
  5. Follow all American SPS policies and product instructions.

Unilateral Decision:

This Program and policies do not constitute any agreement between American SPS and the reseller. Resellers must make their own decisions as to how they handle American SPS products. However, American SPS will revoke the Authorized Dealer status of those who abuse the Program or policies. American SPS, alone, will make the determination of whether a reseller is abusing the Program or policies.
